  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations
  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a fee.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure that the space is accessible and safe for our technicians to perform their work. Any valuables or delicate items should be secured prior to the appointment.
